   Prior to being a Realtor® I owned investment properties, one of which was a 24 unit historic apartment building. I was a “hands on” owner who was very involved in the rehab and management of each property. Since becoming licensed (1998), I have represented numerous buyers in the purchase of single family homes and residential investment properties. In representing sellers, I have enjoyed the process of tailoring marketing plans specific to the property and the seller’s needs.

   I have also represented clients engaged in 1031 Exchanges.
